Minimum age and child safety

You must be at least 16 to use Ting. Accounts found to belong to younger children are removed. Any content that exploits or endangers a minor is removed, the account is banned, and the material is reported to the relevant authorities and to the Saudi Communications, Space and Technology Commission where applicable.

To report such content, use the in-app report with the reason Child safety, or email security@sau-app.com. These reports are handled first.
