تطبيق «Ting» تديره شركة FMIST Solutions («نحن»). هذه السياسة تشرح البيانات التي نجمعها عندما تستخدم التطبيق وموقعنا sau-app.com، وكيف نستخدمها، ومع من نشاركها، وما الخيارات المتاحة لك.

ما الذي نجمعه

ما تقدمه لنا

الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (مشفّرة)، الاسم، اسم المستخدم، الجنس، تاريخ الميلاد، والصورة الشخصية. عند التسجيل عبر Apple أو Google نستلم معرّفًا وبريدك فقط.
المحتوى: المنشورات، التعليقات، الرسائل، السنابات، الصور والفيديو، القصص، المساحات الصوتية والبث المباشر، والتفاعلات (الإعجاب، التصويت، الحفظ).
الاهتمامات والمتابعات: ما تختاره لتشكيل خلاصتك.

ما يُجمع تلقائيًا

الجهاز والاستخدام: نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل، رمز الإشعارات، سجلات الأعطال، الشاشات التي تفتحها والمنشورات التي تشاهدها (لترتيب الخلاصة).
الموقع (اختياري): إذا سمحت بالوصول إلى موقعك نخزّن منطقة تقريبية (إحداثيات مخفّضة الدقة إلى نحو كيلومتر) ليعرض «قريب» المنشورات والأشخاص القريبين منك ولتتمكن من وسم منشورك بمنطقة. يعمل ذلك بمجرد السماح، وإيقاف «مشاركة الموقع» من الإعدادات يمسح المنطقة المخزّنة. لا نخزّن موقعك الدقيق أبداً.
الكاميرا والميكروفون: فقط عندما تلتقط صورة أو تسجّل صوتًا أو تنضم إلى مكالمة أو مساحة أو بث، ويُطلب الإذن عند أول استخدام.

كيف نستخدم بياناتك

لتشغيل التطبيق: تسجيل الدخول، عرض المحتوى، توصيل الرسائل والإشعارات.
لترتيب خلاصتك «لك» حسب اهتماماتك وتفاعلاتك.
للأمان: كشف الإساءة والسبام، معالجة البلاغات، وتطبيق الشروط.
للتواصل معك بشأن حسابك (تحقق البريد، تنبيهات الدخول، قرارات الإشراف).

مستخدمون آخرون: ما تنشره علنًا يراه الجميع؛ الرسائل يراها المستلم فقط؛ المنشور المجهول لا يُظهر اسمك ويُنسب لرقم عشوائي خاص بذلك المنشور.
مزوّدو خدمات: الاستضافة، إشعارات الدفع (Expo)، تسجيل الدخول (Apple، Google)، والإعلانات (Google AdMob). يعالجون البيانات لحسابنا فقط.
الجهات النظامية: عند طلب قانوني ملزم أو لحماية سلامة المستخدمين.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.

الإعلانات

نعرض إعلانات في خلاصة «لك» عبر Google AdMob. قد تجمع Google وشركاؤها معلومات من جهازك وتستخدمها لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال، مثل معرّف الإعلانات في جهازك، وعنوان IP والموقع التقريبي المستنتج منه، وتفاعلك مع الإعلانات. على iOS نطلب إذن التتبع عبر App Tracking Transparency؛ إذا رفضت لا يُشارك معرّف الإعلانات وتبقى الإعلانات غير مخصّصة. في الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا نطلب موافقتك عبر نموذج موافقة Google. اعرف كيف تستخدم Google هذه المعلومات: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. يمكنك تغيير الخيار في أي وقت من إعدادات الجهاز > الخصوصية > التتبع (iOS) أو الإعدادات > Google > الإعلانات (Android).

المكالمات والمساحات والبث

الصوت والفيديو في المكالمات والمساحات والبث المباشر يُنقل عبر خوادمنا آنيًا ولا يُسجَّل أو يُخزَّن، باستثناء ما ترسله أنت كرسالة. نحتفظ بسجل من انضم إلى أي غرفة ومتى، للأمان والإحصاء.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

المحتوى يبقى حتى تحذفه أو تحذف حسابك.
القصص تُحذف بعد 24 ساعة؛ السنابات ذات المشاهدة الواحدة تُحذف بعد فتحها وإعادتها.
حذف الحساب يبدأ فترة سماح 30 يومًا يمكنك خلالها التراجع، ثم تُحذف بياناتك نهائيًا خلال 30 يومًا أخرى ما عدا ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونيًا.

حقوقك

الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها من الإعدادات.
تصدير محتواك أو طلب نسخة عبر البريد أدناه.
حذف حسابك من الإعدادات > الحساب > حذف الحساب.
إيقاف الإشعارات من الإعدادات أو من إعدادات الجهاز.
حظر أو الإبلاغ عن أي حساب أو محتوى من داخل التطبيق.

الأطفال

Ting ليس موجّهًا لمن هم دون 16 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عمدًا. إذا علمنا بحساب لطفل دون هذا العمر سنحذفه.

الأمان

البيانات تُنقل مشفّرة (TLS)، وكلمات المرور مخزّنة بتجزئة قوية، والوصول إلى الخوادم مقيّد. لا توجد طريقة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%، لذا نوصي بكلمة مرور قوية وعدم مشاركة حسابك.

التغييرات

عند تعديل هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه ونُشعرك داخل التطبيق إذا كان التغيير جوهريًا.

The Ting app is operated by FMIST Solutions ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the app and sau-app.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

What you give us

Account: email and password (hashed), name, username, gender, date of birth and profile photo. With Apple or Google sign-in we receive an identifier and your email only.
Content: posts, comments, messages, snaps, photos and videos, stories, voice Spaces and Lives, and reactions (likes, votes, bookmarks).
Interests and follows: what you choose to shape your feed.

Collected automatically

Device and usage: device model and OS, push token, crash logs, the screens you open and the posts you view (to rank the feed).
Location (optional): if you allow location, we store an approximate area (coordinates coarsened to about one kilometre) so Nearby can show posts and people near you and you can tag a post with an area. It is on once you allow it; turning off Share Location in Settings erases the stored area. We never store your precise location.
Camera and microphone: only when you take a photo, record audio, or join a call, Space or Live, with permission asked on first use.

How we use it

To run the app: sign-in, showing content, delivering messages and notifications.
To rank your For You feed by your interests and activity.
For safety: detecting abuse and spam, handling reports, enforcing the Terms.
To contact you about your account (email verification, sign-in alerts, moderation decisions).

Other users: public posts are visible to everyone; messages only to the recipient; an anonymous post never shows your name and is attributed to a random number specific to that post.
Service providers: hosting, push notifications (Expo), sign-in (Apple, Google) and advertising (Google AdMob). They process data on our behalf only.
Authorities: on a binding legal request or to protect users' safety.
We do not sell your personal data.

Advertising

We show ads in the For You feed through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect and use information from your device to show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud: your device's advertising identifier, your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, and how you interact with ads. On iOS we ask for tracking permission through App Tracking Transparency; if you decline, the advertising identifier is not shared and ads stay non-personalised. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent through Google's consent form. How Google uses this information: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Change your choice any time in Settings > Privacy > Tracking (iOS) or Settings > Google > Ads (Android).

Calls, Spaces and Lives

Audio and video in calls, Spaces and Lives flow through our servers in real time and are not recorded or stored, except what you send as a message. We keep a log of who joined a room and when, for safety and statistics.

Retention

Content stays until you delete it or your account.
Stories are deleted after 24 hours; view-once snaps after they are opened and replayed.
Deleting your account starts a 30-day grace period during which you can come back; after it, your data is permanently deleted within another 30 days except what we must keep by law.

Your rights

Access and correct your data from Settings.
Export your content or request a copy by email below.
Delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete account.
Turn notifications off in Settings or in your device settings.
Block or report any account or content from inside the app.

Children

Ting is not directed to anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn of an account belonging to a child under that age we delete it.

Security

Data travels encrypted (TLS), passwords are stored with a strong hash, and server access is restricted. No transmission or storage is 100% secure, so use a strong password and never share your account.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date above and tell you in the app if the change is material.
