باستخدامك تطبيق «Ting» أو موقع sau-app.com («الخدمة») التي تديرها FMIST Solutions («نحن») فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق فلا تستخدم الخدمة.
الأهلية
يجب أن يكون عمرك 16 عامًا على الأقل. إذا كنت دون 18 فاستخدامك يكون بموافقة ولي أمرك. قد تُطلب معلومات إضافية للتحقق من العمر.
حسابك
- أنت مسؤول عن حسابك وعن كل ما يُنشر منه. حافظ على سرية كلمة المرور وأخبرنا فورًا بأي استخدام غير مصرّح به.
- حساب واحد لكل شخص، بمعلومات صحيحة، ودون انتحال أي شخص أو جهة.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات.
محتواك
- ما تنشره يبقى ملكك. تمنحنا رخصة عالمية غير حصرية ومجانية لاستضافته وعرضه وتوزيعه وتعديله تقنيًا (كالضغط والقص للمعاينة) بقدر ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها، وتنتهي الرخصة بحذف المحتوى إلا ما أعاد نشره آخرون أو ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونيًا.
- أنت تضمن أنك تملك الحق في نشر ما تنشره وأنه لا ينتهك حقوق أحد.
- المنشورات المجهولة تُخفي اسمك عن المستخدمين لا عنّا؛ القواعد تنطبق عليها بالكامل.
قواعد المجتمع
لا نتسامح إطلاقًا مع المحتوى المسيء أو المستخدمين المسيئين. من ينشر محتوى مخالفًا أو يسيء لغيره يُحذف محتواه ويُعلَّق حسابه أو يُحظر نهائيًا.
ممنوع على الخدمة:
- المضايقة والتهديد والكراهية ضد أي شخص أو فئة.
- المحتوى الجنسي الصريح، أو استغلال القاصرين بأي شكل (ويُبلَّغ عنه للجهات المختصة).
- العنف الصريح أو تمجيده، أو الإرهاب.
- الاحتيال، السبام، الحسابات الوهمية، أو التلاعب بالتفاعل.
- انتهاك الخصوصية: نشر معلومات شخصية لغيرك دون إذن.
- انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
- مخالفة أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية أو أي قانون معمول به.
المكالمات والمساحات والبث المباشر
- مضيف المساحة أو البث مسؤول عمّا يحدث فيها، ويستطيع كتم المتحدثين أو إزالتهم وإنهاء الغرفة.
- لا يجوز تسجيل المكالمات أو البث ونشرها دون موافقة المشاركين.
- قد نُنهي أي غرفة تخالف القواعد فورًا.
الإشراف والبلاغات
- يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي حساب أو محتوى من داخل التطبيق، وحظر أي حساب فيختفي محتواه ورسائله عنك ولا يستطيع التواصل معك. المحتوى الذي يبلّغ عنه عدد كافٍ من الحسابات المختلفة يُخفى تلقائيًا حتى المراجعة، ويُرفض نشر الكلمات المحظورة.
- نراجع البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة.
- قد نحذف محتوى، أو نحذّر، أو نعلّق الحساب لمدة، أو نحظره نهائيًا عند مخالفة الشروط، ونُخبرك بالقرار داخل التطبيق.
- يمكنك الاعتراض على قرار عبر support@sau-app.com.
الملكية الفكرية
الخدمة وتصميمها وعلامتها «Ting» ملك لنا ولمرخّصينا. لا يجوز نسخ الخدمة أو الهندسة العكسية لها أو استخدامها بطرق آلية دون إذن كتابي.
الإعلانات والتغييرات
قد تحتوي الخدمة على إعلانات. يمكننا تعديل الخدمة أو إيقاف ميزات أو تعديل هذه الشروط؛ التغييرات الجوهرية تُعلن داخل التطبيق قبل سريانها.
إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». بالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة أو عن محتوى ينشره مستخدمون آخرون. لا يحدّ هذا من أي حقوق لا يمكن التنازل عنها نظامًا.
القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكمها بأي نزاع لا يُحل وديًا.

By using the Ting app or sau-app.com (the "Service"), operated by FMIST Solutions ("we"), you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16. If you are under 18 you use the Service with a parent's or guardian's consent. We may ask for more information to verify age.
Your account
- You are responsible for your account and everything posted from it. Keep your password private and tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.
- One account per person, with accurate information, and no impersonation of any person or organisation.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Your content
- What you post stays yours. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute and technically adapt it (compression, previews) as needed to run and improve the Service; the licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies others reposted or that we must keep by law.
- You warrant that you have the right to post what you post and that it infringes no one's rights.
- Anonymous posts hide your name from other users, not from us; every rule applies to them in full.
Community rules
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Anyone who posts content that breaks these rules or abuses others has that content removed and their account suspended or banned.
Not allowed on the Service:
- Harassment, threats or hatred against any person or group.
- Sexually explicit content, or any exploitation of minors (which we report to the authorities).
- Graphic violence or its glorification, or terrorism.
- Fraud, spam, fake accounts or engagement manipulation.
- Privacy violations: posting someone else's personal information without consent.
- Infringement of intellectual property.
- Anything that breaks the laws of Saudi Arabia or other applicable law.
Calls, Spaces and Lives
- The host of a Space or a Live is responsible for what happens in it and can mute or remove speakers and end the room.
- Recording calls or streams and publishing them without the participants' consent is not allowed.
- We may end any room that breaks the rules immediately.
Moderation and reports
- You can report any account or content from inside the app, and block any account: its content and messages disappear for you and it can no longer contact you. Content reported by enough distinct accounts is hidden automatically until it is reviewed, and text with prohibited words is refused before it is posted.
- We review reports within 24 hours.
- We may remove content, warn, suspend for a period or ban permanently for breaking these Terms, and we tell you the decision in the app.
- You can appeal a decision at support@sau-app.com.
Ownership
The Service, its design and the Ting mark belong to us and our licensors. Copying, reverse-engineering or automated use of the Service without written permission is not allowed.
Advertising and changes
The Service may show ads. We may change the Service, retire features or amend these Terms; material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or from content other users post. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute not settled amicably.
