Remove posts, ban or mute members, approve requests and review the log.

- Remove a post or comment from its ⋯ menu; the author is told which rule applied.
- Ban a member permanently or mute them for a period from the member list.
- Approve or decline join requests from the community page.
- Owner panel: edit the description, picture, rules, flairs and moderators, and transfer ownership.
- Log: every action with who took it and when.
