Rules and flairs

Rules appear on the community page and in the composer. Moderators can remove posts that break them and note the rule in the moderation log.

Flairs are coloured labels moderators define, such as Question or Announcement. Pick one when posting; members can filter by flair. Flair text is always white on its colour so it stays readable.
