Not interested, mute, unfollow and hide, and what each one does.

Open the ⋯ menu on any post.

Not interested: hides the post and teaches For You to show fewer like it.
Mute @name: their posts leave your feeds; they are not told and can still see yours.
Unfollow: for people you follow.
Hide: removes just this post.
Block: the strongest option; see Privacy & safety.

Muted accounts are listed in Settings → Privacy → Muted, where you can unmute them.
