Reset a forgotten password
Get a reset link by email, and what to check when it does not arrive.

- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter the email on your account.
- Open the email and tap Reset password. The link opens Ting.
- Choose a new password. Every other device is signed out.
The link expires after one hour and works once. If it has expired, request another.
If you signed up with Apple or Google, there is no Ting password to reset: use the same button you signed up with.
