Verify your email address
Why verification matters and what to do when the email does not arrive.

A verified address is what lets you reset a forgotten password and what proves an account is yours if you ever contact support. Until you verify, some features stay off.
The email did not arrive
- Check Spam or Junk. Our messages come from no-reply@sau-app.com.
- Wait two minutes: delivery can lag on some providers.
- In the app, open Settings → Account and tap Resend verification email. A new link replaces the old one.
- Make sure the address is typed correctly. You can correct it from the same screen.
A verification link works once and expires after 24 hours. If it has expired, request a new one.
