Sign in with Apple or Google
How the social sign-in buttons work, what Ting receives, and what to do when one fails.

With Apple or Google you sign in with the account already on your phone. Ting gets a signed proof of who you are plus your name and email address, nothing else, and your Apple or Google password never touches our servers.
Sign in with Apple
Apple lets you hide your email. If you choose Hide My Email, Ting sees a relay address that forwards to you. Verification and password-reset messages still arrive through it.
Sign in with Google
Tap Google, pick the account on the Google page that opens, and you are back in Ting. If you have several Google accounts on the phone, choose the one you want to use for Ting every time.
It says the account already exists
If you first signed up with an email and later try Apple or Google with the same address, sign in with the email and password instead. The two are linked automatically when the email is verified.
