Ping (وكز)
A knock, not a message: the other phone vibrates hard and rings a unique tone, and the chat bubble shakes.

A ping is for when a message is not enough. It lands with a heavy triple vibration and its own chime, both in the app and as a push notification, and the PING!!! bubble shakes when it arrives.
- Open the chat.
- Tap ⋯ at the top.
- Tap Ping (وكز in Arabic).
The bubble shakes only while the ping is fresh; older pings sit still when you come back to the chat.
Pings are counted like messages: a muted chat receives them silently, and a blocked account cannot ping you.
