Push notifications are late or missing

• iPhone Settings → Ting → Notifications: Allow is on and Banners are shown.
• Focus and Do Not Disturb are off, or Ting is allowed in them.
• Low Power Mode delays background delivery; charge or turn it off.
• In Ting, Settings → Notifications: the kind you expect is on and Mute all is off.
• The chat is not muted (look for the mute icon in the inbox).
• You are signed in on this phone; a phone that signed out stops receiving.

Inside the app you are told instantly over a live connection. A push has to travel from our servers through Apple to your phone, which normally takes under a second; a few seconds means the phone was asleep on a weak connection.
